昔はみんな見ていたであろう NCSA の HTML 入門ですが、 SGML について

というわけのわからん説明のされ方で、その後で HTML は SGML の DTD だとか言われるわけです。

これはおそらく、スタイルシートを記述するための最良のプログラミング言語である。
